Personal Training is for those
looking to achieve fitness and improve health on theyr’e own
schedule and specific goals. Trainers employ the revived fitness
techniques of the early American combat athletes made famous by
Crossfit and the BeachBody programs. Plyometrics, calisthenics,
cardio-vascular conditioning, muscle confusion, coordination drills,
interval training, and nutrition education are employed to create a
fit and healthy body and mind. Private or small group instruction

Having a passion for fitness and health Chelsea believes that
fitness is a choice and a lifestyle that is possible for everyone to
acheive. With the relentless energy to succeed she strives to
inspire, and motivate her clients to push themselves past what they
thought possible. "Once you have the goal and the want to do
something. nothing can hold you back. Working out should be fun, and
with the right combination of exercise and diet, hard work leads to
great results! Push yourself beyond what you thought possible and
never set limits." Chelsea has studied Kinesiology and is a
certified Personal Trainer through National Strength and
Conditioning Association (NSCA). She is currently working on a BS in
Nutrition and is being trained in Integrated Athletics. In her free
time she loves to play soccer, and competes in figure competitions.
